All the workers on the site have been ordered to wear balaclava to prevent animal rights activists from recognising and targeting them. Here they are just putting down double yellow lines but the security is the same and the workers are also kept in view by a spotter (at the back). The previous contractors had been intimidated out of the contract by activists attacking the company's construction sites elsewhere in the UK at night, and damaging the cars of its directors.
